Patience. Not quick.: Blackheads are open comedones, which are part of an acne rash. Open means there is no skin covering the pore, which means during a "facial", the aesthetician can more easily get some of the blackheads out. If Differin (adapalene) is not working, one may try a different dosing or try a different retinoid. A dermatologist can help.. Freckles are a different story, and are a natural color change as skin ages...
