There are tons of: acne treatment out there, and each doctor has their preference. Patients also have their own stories and favorites. So there isn't any best treatment. If you used antibiotics like doxycycline before, then you will stick with that. If people use ProActive, or benzoyl peroxide, or retinoic acid before and it worked, then that's the best treatment.
