Acne: Dear PConnolly, Red spots with clear liquid sound like acne. Acne occurs when the follicles become clogged. It can occur on the face, arms, chest or back. Over the counter topical medications can help. If the symptoms do not get better I recommend seeing a health care professional for an exam.
