Diarrhea: It's time to go to the doctor to diagnose what is going on. First to rule out is bacterial infection caused by salmonella, shigella, c. Difficile, etc or intestinal parasites like giardia, ameba, etc. Next will be colitis, malignancy, etc.

Doctor should check!: Two months of watery stools (diarrhea), along with some blood in the stool, sounds rather serious. A primary care doctor or a G.I. Specialist can evaluate to see if there is an infection (bacterial or parasite), an inflammatory bowel disease, or some other disorder. Two months is already a long time.
