It won't: Ricola has small amounts of herbs that help to relieve cough. I wouldn't eat the whole bag in a day but a few cough drops here and there this late in your pregnancy are fine. Tylenol (acetaminophen) also makes cough drops. You just need to read the package and look for anything they state regarding pregnancy.
