No: It will not. The baby is protected by the bag of water it is floating in, and it does an excellent job of protecting the babies ears.

No: Maybe if the radio is super loud...And then i would be more concerned about your hearing first. In utero babies can hear. Sound has to travel through the skin uterus and amniotic fluid so it will be muted a bit before reaching baby. The baby can feel the vibration as well so hard rock, heavy metal, nasty rapping etc may cause irritability.

Bag of water muffels: I would estimate that the bag of waters & the fluid transiently present in the middle ear of most fetuses will provide a muffling effect of at least 40db , most speech is carried on at ~20--30 db. So i would not be particularly worried about baby. I would take care that you don't suffer from the effects, as moms do want to be able to hear when baby cries.
