Not H. Pylori: You describe paresthesia and numbness of the distal extremities. Such stocking / glove distribution may be related to: diabetes alcohol use b12 deficiency syphilis hiv lyme disease uremia chemotherapy vasculitis cancers amyloidosis often, no cause is found. But h pylori is not on the list.
