Depends: Diagnosis of diseases is made from the history and physical exam findings and not by blood tests alone. Blood tests are used to confirm the suspicion. Whether you have SLE or not would depend on the clinical features . Since you have given us nothing about what has been ailing you, it is impossible to give you even a guess.
