GYN exam: since you are quite young the pain may be related to multiple factors: position, aggressive intercourse, inadequate lubrication, friction, irritation, inflammation or infection. You should be examined by a GYN and have the discharge evaluated,

Many possibilities: Infection needs to be ruled out. However also endometriosis can present with painful intercourse. Please see your doctor for examination and consideration of tests
