Sometimes a woman...: ...can feel some discomfort in an ovary during ovulation. Doctors call this "mittelschmerz." The dramatic change in hormones that occurs @ ovulation can sometimes be accompanied by light bleeding/spotting. If the pain or bleeding get really bad, please see a doctor.
