I have constant throat whistling with exhale.i had all tests possible. now my pulmo said that i unconsiously tighten my throat when i exhale.possible?

Many possibilities: We really need more data. You noted you've had all the tests ,there's probably several other test that could potentially be done. One thought is your having some seasonal allergy type symptoms with post sinus drainage. I think one of the more definitive test to have is to have an ear nose and throat doctor look into your throat.
