IUI vs. IVF: Even on a Clomid (clomiphene) cycle where everything looks perfect, your chance to conceive is only around 8-10%. If you haven't conceived in 3-4 Clomid (clomiphene) cycles, then it would be better to move on to IVF. Especially considering that one of your fallopian tubes is blocked. Also consider laparoscopy to evaluate your pelvis and retest your tubes.
