Not acne: Eating fruit is not likely to cause acne. However fruit does have sugar and hence calories. Gaining weight would depend in your total caloric intake and physical activity. If you eat a lot of fruit and do not cut back on other foods, you will gain weight. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
