As long as you: don't smoke and have no hypercoagulability disorders(you clot more easily than normal people) and you've never had a blood clot(DVT or phlebitis)before,your risk for clot is exceedingly low, and I would say you are safe to use gianvi (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol).
