Hi there- i' was vomitting for a day but given an injection to stop it, which has worked but now i have very sore abdominal muscles and burning.

Varies: I would discuss directly with your doctor. Among the pisdibilities include a soreness in the abdominal muscles from the prolonged vomiting, or could becrelated to the initial condition that caused the prolonged vomiting, or could be a reaction to the medication itself among other possibilities. I would let your doctor know and follow up for a recheck.
