No: Her vaccines are booster doses, meaning she already had prior doses and developed protective antibodies. If she gets a partial dose, she will still get some antibody boosting effect. If thinking about this too much, just plan to get another MMR and a DTaP-type vaccine before entering Kindergarten (that's the usual time for these vaccines in the U.S.). Getting an extra dose won't cause a problem.
