Please help,nagging chest pain driving me in sane,just had ecg,bloods,xray @ a@e all good,angiogram 3.5years ,all good,why is this happening to me ?

Costochrondritis?: Is the pain triggered by deep breathing, certain postures, or heavy lifting? If so, it may just be a rib cage pain which can easily be diagnosed by a direct exam but not by any blood test or x-ray.
