Where is your OB MD?: If you are being seen at each of those L & D visits by a OB MD who is concerned about premature labor and is still following you, so be it. If not, your first step is an ongoing relationship with an OB MD who can make the determination that these contractions are prodromal/"false" labor. and can offer good future advice.
