Depends on timing: You don't say how long it has been since you were treated or exactly what you mean by "irritating feeling". It takes up to 10 days for typical chlamydia symptoms in men (urethral discharge, discomfort on urination) to clear up. If sooner than that, just wait a few days. If it has been longer, recheck with the doctor who treated you. In any case, almost certainly it is nothing serious.
