Anything else?: That is quite low a pulse rate but if you are very athletic, it's not rare - if it is unusual for you and you also feel chest pain, are faint or dizzy or anything else, be seen or call your Dr. It's not likely related to the leg symptoms - but mention that when you call just to be complete. Muscle rub or heat/cold and /or an ankle support may help that feel better. Watch for the other things .

Your pulse has: nothing to do with your achilles tendon pain. YOu likely have achilles tendinopathy and should do something about it.
