Circumcision if...: Tight long foreskin is called phimosis, which usually requires no active treatment as long as being comfortable in cleansing and daily living. However, circumcision may be needed if its related inflammation & infection has mentally & physically bothered you "too much" despite providing good topical care, circumcision would be the choice of care; it can be done under local anesthesia as outpatient.
