A member asked:

I dnt overcook bt i don't use oil when cooking chicken n there's burnt substance under chicken on tray but chicken not burnt. this still carcinogenic?

Life is full of risk: "Everything" causes cancer in this world. One burnt meal changes nothing, in the grand scheme of life. So, no worries. To reduce your cancer risk, keep a healthy weight and exercise (at least 30 minutes, 5 days a week). Eat lots vegetables and limit your intake of red meat or charbroiled meat. Avoid smoking, which increases risk of lung cancer, oral and throat cancers, etc...
