Rest, nutrition: 1 st pregnancy is very emotional! Its normal. To control " up & downs" make sure get enough rest. Avoid concentrated sweets, caffeinated beverages. Eat small balanced meals and drink plenty of water. Take a walk & exercise. Talk to friend, mother, husband... people you love and trust. Congratulations!

Mood in pregnancy: Please ask your doctor to check your B12 and D levels and if low then supplement daily, also look at what you eat and avoid foods that have a lot of carbs, as your body could release a lot of insulin and the sharp decrease in sugar levels can cause irritability and unstable moods - consider yoga for pregnancy, regular activity unless contraindicated by your doctor and meditation.
