Menorrhagia!: Menorrhagia, or heavy prolonged menstrual bleeding has a number of causes. The one i see that is frequently overlooked is hypothyroidism. Other causes can exist, including fibroids, but you are a 20y/o male, so this is obviously not your problem. The person you are concerned about needs to see and gyn doc!
