Postop swelling: Hi! I am assuming DPO stands for days post op? If so, your vaginal swelling can be fluid sequestering from surgery. I would need to know what sort of surgery did you have done though to help determine. If there is signif swelling or pain you should see the doctor that did the surgery to show them and be sure it is or isn't a concern in your healing process.
