Need clarity: Am not clear as to whether you have permanent cortical blindness, or episodic associated with seizure activity. If the former, this could represent permanency, but if paroxysmal, better seizure control is very probable, especially with newer medications, and potentially, a Vagal Nerve Stimulator unit.
