What causes difficult emptiness of bladder (emptiness in 2-3-4 times with valsalva's manoeuvre) in a 31yr isterectomized (+menopaused) obese woman?

Bladder not emptying: Incomplete bladder emptying can be due to several reasons- 1.) Bladder neck compromise with the hysterectomy. 2). A lack of estrogen to the urethra from the vagina. The floor of the bladder and roof of the vagina are the same.3.) Nerve issues with the bladder. A GYN Urologist or Urologist can perform Urodynamic testing and confirm a cause for appropriate treatment.
