Probably not.: The swelling is probably from the injection, and it will be absorbed in the next few days.. If it doesnot,or your pain increases,see your Dr.

In December 2021 I had a left hip replacement. In 2017 I had a right hip replacement. I now have ischial bursitis and have tried a cortisone shot but did not get much relief. Can the bursitis be surgical removed or drained?
