Discoloration: If they are new areas of discoloration or increasing in size, raised, spreading, sensitive, or 2-toned in color... those would be reasons to get seen right away.

Not too.: Spots on the skin can be very difficult to identify without actually seeing them. A high quality photograph would do. A description as to how long have you had them. Are they raised. Are they painful or itch. These are all necessary comments needed to be offered.
