R/O STRESS FRACTURE: You need to rule out a stress fracture of the finger. You need to Get an X-ray, If negative a bone scan is indicated. It takes awhile to heal, the finger may need a splint or potential inject. Please seek evaluation and if symptoms persist, Ortho Hand consult may be needed
