Of course. Like all: tissues, as they are torn down & rebuilt, life long, new structure is based on previous structure combined with both internal controls (still poorly understood) and external forces. Rebuilding, restructuring of nose tissues follow same principles, structure over time powerfully influenced by both degree and persistence of external inputs altering physical structure, as in plastic surgery, etc.
