Bump: It is not possible to make a diagnosis without examining the lump. It could be a cyst like an acne cyst if you have had it before. However strange things often show up on people and sometimes it is necessary to biopsy a spot to know what is causing it. See your doctor o have it evaluated.

Sebaceous cyst: Sebaceous cyst is the likely diagnosis. See your pcp and he/she will either excise the lump or refer you to a plastic surgeon for excision.
