HIGH aso titer: You have a high aso titer and it can be due to infection or inflammation anywhere in the body. You need to ask your doctor to find the cause of this high aso titer.

.Check in with doc: An aso titre is a marker of recent streptococcal infection. The titre levels may stay elevated for 4-6 months after a severe strep infection. Concern exists about possible secondary strep, complications like rheumatic heart disease or glomerulonephritis, a serious kidney disease., falsely high titres can also occur with liver disease or tb. See your doctor regularly until this resolves.
