Rheumatoidarthropath: prematurely degenerative spine due to your medical history and chemotherapy. there is a concern about rheumatoid degeneration as well. Surgical approach would depend on the position of the skull and whether there is any pannus formation. Additionally, what are your symptoms? If you're having neurologic problems then surgery may be necessary. Some people can live with such path, others can't.
