I would say NO: Herbs in Pregnancy is a huge topic. Hylands has about six herbs in it including Goldenseal which is generally considered to be contraindicated in pregnancy as it may cause premature contractions. Could use Robitussin, (guaifenesin) Hall's cough drops or cepacol lozenges, Vick's plain cough syrup or chicken soup. hope you feel better soon.
