Noise in ear: hello ~ you well may have some wax, water, or soap or shampoo in the external ear canal and this can be washed out in the doctors office. If someone looks and says the ext canal is clear then this is due to some fluid or air you pushed into middle ear with Valsalva and these usually are not serious and self correct in a day or so. See ENT if it does not thanks
