Not for long: These two doses are fine so long as you’ve spread them out by 8 hours. After that, go back to the recommended dose of 200 mg. High doses unsupervised by a healthcare professional for longer put you at risk of a stomach bleed. You get one of those, and you start losing blood fast, which can threaten your life. No joke. Not worth the risk. If you have pain for longer, please make an appointment.
