This is a little: complicated from the health standpoint. If you really want to drink wine, experts suggest it is likely fine for women drink no more than 1 glass a day, men up to 2 glasses. But the health benefits of wine are no so well established that you should drink it for health benefits alone. If you're trying to drink the healthiest: water:)
