Bartholin's: So you had a Bartholin's marsupialized? Yes it does take some time to heal. Marsupialization means to sew the gland open, so the fluid should not reaccumulate. I typically have my patients follow up within the week for a recheck. If you have questions please call the office and let your doctor know. Out you can get a consult on here, but it may be awkward to photograph this area!
