Get sleep study: You mentioned waking up ~4am but didn't mention when you go to sleep or how many hours you sleep, much less quality of your sleep. It's possible to sleep 7-8hrs but still wake up tired due to sleep apnea & other conditions that prevent refreshing sleep. For instance, anxiety & stress can make it difficult to fall asleep & stay asleep. Depression, too. Go see family doc perhaps sleep specialist.
