Probably okay...: Some fluctuation in the semen volume is normally expected reflecting the degree, duration, and interval of arousal and sexual intercourses or masturbations. As aging, similar change may occur but widely varying among men and over lifetime. Since being asymptomatic, leave it alone; if bothering mentally or physically, seek evaluation & counseling timely.
