Off and on running nose sneezing sore and dry throat no white bumps what could i have? sore throat? strep throat?virus? anything serious?

How long?: Assuming that you have had these symptoms intermittently for months or years, allergic rhinitis is likely the cause. The dry throat may be from irritation from the post-nasal drips and/or mouth-breathing. Try a nasal steroid. If not helpful , see allergist.
