I took 1 180 mg allegra (fexofenadine) at 7:00 am and accidentally took another at 1:15 pm. could this be a problem? i am a 64 year old adult male weighing 275 lbs.

No: Other than the possibility of being slightly more sedating it shouldn't be a problem. Higher doses of Allegra (fexofenadine) are often prescribed when the condition is not responding to 180 mg.
