It can help: Endermologie is one of many modalities touted as a treatment for cellulite. A handpiece with a suction/ rolling function is applied to the skin in a repetitive compressive fashion typically with a series of treatments. There may be a minor improvement in the appearance of cellulite. It is not a cure.
