Yes: There are no safety issues with regards to endermologie and then menstrual cycle. Endermologie can be done at any time.

Massage benefits: Cellulite is not recognized by some doctors. However, most of us know what you mean: puckering in thigh skin with fat and fluid. There are few studies on treatment. Hence anyone promoting a therapy as "safe" or effective has little information for the claims. If you have the money and time for massage, use your judgment, but be aware data are just not there yet for efficacy or safety for cellulite.
