Phow to cure insomnia and make body clock return to normal

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Insomnia: Insomnia is a tough problem to "cure". Look up "sleep hygiene" on WebMD for more detailed advice. It is very important to set a regular bedtime and wake-up time. Don't nap during the day. Avoid caffeine and other stimulants. Avoid alcohol. Don't smoke (nicotine is a stimulant). Avoid screen-time within an hour of sleep. Make sure the room is dark and the bed is comfortable. Good luck!
