Abdominal pain: If you already know you have gastritis, it may be a flare of that, or it could have progressed to an ulcer. Or it might be your gallbladder, which becomes active when you eat. If you have gallstones, you will have pain when you eat fatty things. If it is gastritis, it will be worse with spicy or acidic foods. IF this doesn't improve with a change in your diet to bland foods, see your doctor.

RUQ w/eating: Would get an ultrasound and or HIDA scan and check for gallbladder disease or biliary dyskinesia if ultrasound is negative. Would also check lipase for pancreatic function as sometimes a gall stone impacts on the pancreatic duct( though usually the pain is more severe). Avoid alcohol. May also be ulcer and would check for H pylori. f/u/ w/ doc
