Therapy: A psychotherapist you can work well w/ it the best way to learn new patterns for good relationships. If you decide together tat some medication will help too, it can be added. But the best part is learning new ways to live. Best!

Yes-why not therapy?: There is a very good chance that psychotherapy will be helpful to you. You seem to have some insight into what you are doing with your relationships which is a great start. Treatment works. Please get an evaluation by a psychiatrist. Therapy possibly with medication should be helpful. If you are feeling suicidal - see someone immediately or call 911. You can feel better !
