Wait and watch: Only taking one pill on march 20, and 3negative urine test on that day and negative blood test on May 3 shows you are not pregnant.You did have period for 1 day on 1 april ,though it was short .You may get period in 2-3 days ,wait and watch.Otherwise consult you doctor .
