Feel your pulse: Try to feel your pulse during the attacks or have a friend feel it. Easily accessible would be at the wrist on the thumb' s side. Check for rate, beats per minute and also for rhythm: regular/ irregular. Also try to better discern what describes an "attack" and their pattern. Hope it helps.
